COST: Cadets Event Fee due ASAP
$50 Cadet fee includes 5 meals. All cadets attending will receive a competition shirt, event medallion on chest ribbon, certificate of participation and 8"x10" color team photo.

Optional Team Packages - If anyone would like to purchase a Team Package for themselves with the t-shirt, medallion and team picture from the event, contact CAPTAIN FLETCHER VIA EMAIL [email protected] by Tuesday, March 6th and let me know the number you would like to purchase and the shirt size. The cost is $20.00 per package.  Pay with cash or check (make checks payable to the Lone Star Company Navy JROTC Booster Club)

IMPORTANT - DRESS CODE: 

• NAS Pensacola regulations require the following items be observed at all times:
  • All ineligible, non-competing cadets must wear civilian attire (not in a military uniform).
  • All non-competing cadets must maintain adult supervision at all times while on base.
  • Shirts must completely cover the mid-section and shoulders. Tank tops, half-shirts, sleeveless shirts or mesh style shirts are not permitted.
  • Shorts will not have frays or tears; cut-offs, swim trunks and boxers are not permitted.
  • Pants will not have holes, frays or tears. Overall straps must be attached over the shoulder.
  • Shower shoes are not permitted; sandals are authorized but socks must be worn with all types of footwear.
  • Shirts with shirt-tails must be tucked in.
  • No clothing with printed profanity or racial remarks.
  • No headbands, scarves or ball caps.
  • All Head phones must be removed before entering the Galley.
  • No coveralls.
  • Male personnel may not wear earrings.
  • Dresses must have sleeves; strapless dresses or spaghetti-style straps are not permitted.

We are seeking volunteers to assist the Booster Club with donations and help throughout the event, the cadets will greatly appreciate it!

FAQ 

What should the Cadets bring?
Other than preparing their uniforms ahead of time, cadets should bring money for snacks and souvenirs.

What about meals?
The Cadet fee includes ALL MEALS, with exception of Thursday lunch on April 4th. Please ensure cadets have money for this. The booster club will ensure snacks are available throughout the event. Any food allergies must be communicated ahead of time please.

We will have an itinerary posted shortly. Please be patient. Captain and Senior Chief are working diligently on the logistics!
