The South Texas NJROTC Leadership Camps 2026 is comprised of Leadership Academy
(LA), Leadership Training (LT, formerly CO/XO school) held from June 1 – 5, 2026, and Basic
Leadership Training (BLT) from June 8 – 11, 2026, and will be conducted in accordance with
references (a) through (e). All SOTEX Camps will be held at Texas A&M University-Kingsville (TAMUK).
Camps will include training in Military Drill, Physical Fitness, Military Knowledge, Leadership
Development, Military Customs & Courtesies, Orienteering, and Water Safety.
Please check with Snr Chief Del Real if you are eligible to attend, or have any questions regarding these camps.
The Basic Leadership Training camp will cost $165.00 for cadets.
The Leadership Academy and Leadership Training camp will cost $210.00 for cadets.
